After the program

Seriously... CONGRATULATIONS!

Here are a few things for after you sign the offer.

Slack Message

Please send a message in the #general channel in Slack. This greatly motivates other students.

Also don't forget to thank your coaches. They would really appreciate it.

Here's an example

LinkedIn Post

Update your LinkedIn profile and post an update on your LinkedIn. This is a great place to tag your coaches and thank them for their work too.

Get Ready

If you are feeling energetic, contact your future manager and ask for things you can do to speed up your onboarding. Example: learning a new programming language, framework, tools like jira, etc.

If you are feeling tired, rest up and get ready for...

Onboarding and Probationary Period

The probationary period, typically 3-6 months, is the time that management is closely evaluating you at your new job. Ensure that you are doing your best in this period. If you experience any challenges, the Get Coding community is there to help.
